• 🕘 Sessions: Three-hour blocks from 9am
• 💷 Cost: £40 per session
• 🗓️ Booking: Choose 1–3 sessions for up to 9 hours of care
• 🍽️ Meals & Snacks: Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner included

📋 Programme Overview

• Welsh-language immersive care
• Structured, age-appropriate activities
• Flexible session options: Saturday and Sunday
• Open three out of four weekends. This ensures consistent weekend coverage while also allowing for one weekend off per month to support work-life balance

🕒 Hours of Operation

• Session 1: 9:00am – 12:00pm (Breakfast)
• Session 2: 12:00pm – 3:00pm (Lunch)
• Session 3: 3:00pm – 6:00pm (Dinner)

Note: Full session fees apply regardless of early pickup.

💰 Fees & Payments

• £40 per 3-hour session (includes meals)
• Payment required at time of booking
• 💸 Refund Policy: 50% refund with 48+ hrs’ notice

🌟 Behaviour Expectations

• Respectful, kind behaviour is expected
• Bullying = immediate parent contact
• Persistent issues = possible suspension (no refund)

🛡️ Health & Safety

• First-aid trained staff onsite
• Children must be symptom-free for 24 hrs before attending
• Emergency contact info must be current

📞 Communication

Daily updates provided. Speak with staff at drop-off/pick-up or contact us during session hours.

🚗 Drop-Off & Pick-Up

• Arrive promptly at session start and end
• Early pick-up allowed (full fee still applies)
• Late pick-up: £1 per minute after 10 minutes grace
