🦇 Club Overview

Our Halloween Half-Term Club offers a fun, safe, and caring environment for children aged 3 to 12. With spooky (but not scary!) crafts, games, and activities, children will enjoy a magical half-term packed with creativity, laughter, and confidence-building experiences.

🕒 Hours of Operation

• Club Hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00am – 3:00pm
• Drop-Off: 8:45am – 9:30am
• Pick-Up: 2:00pm – 3:00pm
• Late Pickup: £5 per 10 minutes after 3:00pm

💷 Fees & Payment

• Daily Rate: £36 per child (includes meals, snacks & activities)
• Extra Hours: £5 per hour (please book ahead)
• Payment: Invoices via PayPal, must be paid before attendance
• Instalments: £20 minimum at booking, balance due day before session
• Unpaid sessions will be cancelled without refund

❌ Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a 100% refund. Less than 48 hours’ notice means no refund.

🍽️ Meals & Snacks

We provide tasty, healthy meals and snacks daily. Please let us know about allergies or dietary needs when booking. We strictly enforce a nut-free policy.

Children will enjoy a mix of:

• Pumpkin-themed arts & crafts 🎃
• Outdoor and indoor group games 🕷️
• Storytelling with a magical twist 📚
• Welsh language fun woven into activities 🦉

🌈 Behaviour Expectations

We encourage kindness and respect. Bullying or inappropriate behaviour isn’t accepted and may lead to suspension without refund.

🛡️ Health & Safety

• First-aid trained staff on site
• Emergency contact and medical info required
• Keep children at home if unwell; return 24 hours after symptoms clear

Parents receive daily updates on activities. Chat with staff at drop-off and pick-up or contact us during club hours.
